- STEP 1: Choose your Greens (choose 2 and combine, cooked 4 mins):
Cucumber (peel it, de-seed)
- STEP 2: Choose your Liquid (choose 1 cup to start with):
Antioxidant Tea (Detox Tea, Cinnamon Tea)
Almond Milk (my favourite)
Fresh Coconut Milk
- STEP 3: Choose your Fruits/veggies (choose any 2, 1 cup each to start with):
Avocado (my favourite!)
Any Berries (Strawberries, Blueberries, Raspberries, Blackberries)
Carrots (my favourite!) (cooked 4 mins together with greens above)
Beets (top & root)
Lemon (my favourite!)
Pumpkin (cooked 4 mins together with greens above)
Butternut Squash (cooked 4 mins together with greens above)
- STEP 4: Add-ons (choose 1):
Ang Mo’s Collagen Protein Powder (with no added sugar, here’s my favourite, 2-3 scoops per day works like magic for me)
Asian’s Sheep Placenta + Collagen Extract Plus (Here’s my favourite)
Cinnamon (regulates blood sugar, 1/2 tsp)
Natural Sweetener (stevia, xylitol, follow your feel!)
- STEP 5: Add In Good Fats (choose 1, 1 tbsp)
